As the name suggests, inspection free card board is the card board whose raw materials have passed high temperature treatment and can be exported directly without quality inspection. The material of fumigation card board is plywood. Plywood is a three-layer or multi-layer plate-like material made of wood segments cut into veneers by rotary cutting or wood square planing, and then glued with adhesive. It is usually made of odd number of veneers, and the fiber direction of adjacent veneers is perpendicular to each other. So, what are the differences between the inspection free card board and the fumigation card board?
1. Fumigation card board and disinfection card board have the same meaning. Disinfection card board includes fumigation card board. Fumigation card board and fumigation wooden box can also be called disinfection card board.
2. Fumigation cards can be exported to foreign countries. Fumigation wooden cases and cards can only be exported after fumigation and disinfection. It is also called export card.
3. There are two kinds of sterilized card boards and sterilized wooden boxes: fumigation and heat treatment. Fumigation card board and fumigation wooden box are one of them. If the export card board is not fumigated, the inspection free card board should be used, because the inspection free card board can be directly exported without fumigation. As long as the export card board is used, the disinfection card board or inspection free card board should be used, so as to meet the requirements of export card board.
4. Fumigation card board is the name of card board after fumigation treatment. The fumigation treatment process is to use liquid medicine (the main component is methyl bromide) to kill insects in the treatment room. In the process of treatment, no personnel within 50 meters of the surrounding area will get close to the card board, and it will continue for 48 hours. The world code is MB.
The heat-treated wood card board is used to kill insects in the heat-treated room at high temperature. The central temperature of the wood should reach at least 70 ℃ and continue for 15 hours. The world code is HT.
The main purpose of these two ways of wood treatment is to kill the biological insects that may cause damage to the trees and even the ecology of the countries where the wood is imported. So now we usually see the IPPC with HT mark on the wood card board, which represents the heat-treated wood card board.
